As a Managing Director in the Consumer Group, Jeff provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the food, beverage and agriculture sectors. He has over 17 years of investment banking experience and a long track record of leadership in the food and beverage and consumer market. Jeff works to leverage his industry experience to creatively market his clients’ businesses while maintaining a relentless focus on high-quality execution. His clients include publicly traded companies, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies and private companies. Jeff has advised clients across a variety of industries, including food and beverage, restaurant and retail, consumer products and consumer services, in addition to the technology, distribution, business services, building products and financial services industries. His transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A, cross-border M&A, corporate carve-outs, initial public offerings, private placements, recapitalizations, fairness opinions and various strategic advisory assignments. Before joining Lincoln, Jeff established and led the food, beverage and agriculture investment banking practice at D.A. Davidson & Co. Previously, he was a senior banker and founding member of Harris Williams & Co.’s global food and beverage and consumer investment banking practices along with its Minneapolis, Minnesota, office. Earlier in his career, he worked in the investment banking group at Piper Jaffray & Co., now known as Piper Sandler, and in various operational, corporate finance and strategy roles. Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Santa Clara University.
