Jason provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to corporations and private equity firms, with a focus on AI/ML, cybersecurity, software and systems engineering, space and geospatial technology services, intelligence analysis and operations and digital IT modernization products and services provided to government agencies. Leveraging his more than two decades of deep expertise, Jason stays closely connected to industry trends, enabling him to provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their short and long-term business objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jason was President and Head of M&A Advisory at The Chertoff Group where he led the firm’s coverage in government services, defense technology and cybersecurity. Previously, he worked at BB&T Capital Markets. Jason earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Science from Georgetown University.
