Harry advises clients on selling or acquiring businesses, adding value to every transaction with robust trade-buyer access and market insights from across the globe. He has worked with a large number of private and public sector companies operating in the U.K. and internationally. Harry has significant experience in advising corporates, private equity sponsors and private owners on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. He also has experience advising on public market, debt and restructuring situations. Harry rigorously anticipates and follows trends in consumer subsectors and counsels his clients as necessary. He strives to build personal relationships with his clients that outlast the transaction. Prior to joining Lincoln, Harry worked at DC Advisory Partners (Close Brothers Corporate Finance) and Dresdner Kleinwort where he focused on M&A and initial public offerings. He previously worked in strategy consulting with Deloitte and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Harry earned a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree from the Community of European Management Schools.
