Gus Ferguson Bio

Gus provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to consumer companies across various sectors, including consumer products and services, e-commerce and direct-to-consumer. Gus has experience working on domestic and cross-border mid-market transactions, including sell-sides, capital raises, restructurings and other strategic advisory mandates. He focuses on M&A for entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, leading private equity firms, public companies and privately owned businesses. Prior to Lincoln, Gus focused on M&A across consumer, business services and technology, media and telecom at FTI Capital Advisors, McCafferty & Co., and Deloitte & Touche. Gus earned a master’s degree in finance, accounting and tax and a Bachelor of Commerce in finance, accounting and tax from the University of Cape Town. He is a CPA and Chartered Accountant.
