Friedrich Bieselt Bio

Friedrich is head of Lincoln International’s Business Services Group in Europe. With more than two decades of experience, he provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, leading execution for large corporates, private equity and family-owned businesses. Friedrich acts as a senior, hands-on advisor to clients and provides strategic leadership, actively develops investment theses, supports the unique positioning for target companies, communicates with stakeholder groups and directly leads processes and negotiations through the entire transaction. Friedrich represents Lincoln International within Atlantik-Brücke, a private non-profit association that works to nurture German-American relations. He also represents Lincoln International as a member of Ghorfa, the German Arab Business Association, and is actively interested in geopolitics and economics. Friedrich started his career at ING Barings, where he led M&A in Frankfurt and London. His early career began in the tourism industry, and he held operational and management positions in Berlin and New York. Friedrich holds a graduate degree in economics and business administration from Freie Universität Berlin and is an alumni of Columbia University.
