Dr. Ashkan Kalantary Bio

Ashkan provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to privately hold businesses as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the DACH region, with a focus on the B2B software. Ashkan leverages his more than 15 years of industry experience to deliver tailored and innovative strategies to clients that meet their short and long-term objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Ashkan was a Managing Director at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, he was a Partner in deal advisory M&A, heading technology and services at KPMG Germany. Ashkan earned a Ph.D. in technology valuation and a Master of Business Administration from the Technical University of Berlin.
