Daniel Konrath Bio

Daniel provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to business services clients. He has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border buy- and sell-side M&A transactions for private equity investors and corporations, providing superior strategic advice and ensuring a smooth project execution. Daniel has extensive knowledge of the business services industry and helps his clients with M&A opportunities and challenges as a result of increasing technology in the sector. Since joining Lincoln International, Daniel has worked for the firm in Frankfurt and Chicago. Prior, he completed several internships, including working within the M&A department of Deutsche Bahn. Daniel earned a Master in Management from ESCP Europe Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
