Basil Jones Bio

Basil provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across the business services industry. He has more than seven years of experience advising private equity-owned and privately-held clients across distribution, facility services, commercial services and infrastructure services, among other industries. Over the course of his career, Basil has gained deep knowledge of the value drivers for companies in the business services sector. He is a relentless advocate for his clients’ needs, working to understand their unique objectives and providing exceptional service and execution to deliver a successful result for all stakeholders. Prior to joining Lincoln, Basil was a Director in the services and industrials investment banking group at Piper Sandler. Previously, he was an Associate at BB&T Capital Markets. Basil earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Virginia.
