Antoine Leclere Bio

Antoine advises public and privately held companies and private equity firms on both buy-side and sell-side middle market transactions. He has significant experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), notably between France and Germany. Antoine has developed a know-how across a wide variety of sectors and has especially gained a deep understanding of the logistics, retail and e-commerce industries through domestic and international M&A assignments as well as a genuine interest for the players, trends and innovations of these markets. Prior to joining Lincoln, Antoine held several roles at goetzpartners Corporate Finance where he advised mid-cap M&A operations. Antoine earned a master’s degree in management from EMLYON Business School.
