Andreas Roth Bio

Andy provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity funds both on sell-side and buy-side assignments with a focus on Switzerland and throughout Europe. Andy has experience advising on pan-European transactions, primarily in the healthcare sector, building long-lasting client relationships and executing seamless and successful outcomes. He utilizes his expertise from past completed processes to guide advisory with new clients. Prior to joining Lincoln, Andy worked as a Vice President at William Blair International. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from St. Gallen University and a Master of Science in finance from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).
