Andreas focuses on advising private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and leads Lincoln International’s industrial technology advisory business in the German-speaking region. Andreas has more than 15 years of M&A advisory experience and led the execution of numerous cross-border M&A transactions, including sale processes, strategic acquisitions, buy-and-build strategies, public takeovers, defense strategies and the creation and dissolution of joint ventures. Andreas enjoys being a trusted advisor to long-standing clients providing truly independent advice, thereby helping his clients to achieve their M&A goals. Prior to joining Lincoln, Andreas was a Principal at Greenhill & Co. focused on providing advice on significant cross-border M&A transactions primarily for industrials clients. Andreas earned a Master of Business Administration from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
