Alex provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and corporations in the information technology services industry, with broad expertise in data, artificial intelligence (AI), software development, digital products and cloud services. Leveraging his nearly two decades of financial services and deep domain knowledge, Alex effectively communicates clients’ business propositions to investors, enabling them to achieve their short and long-term objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Alex was Managing Director and co-head of the digital, data and cloud practice at Clearsight Advisors. Previously he was an Associate at Wells Fargo Securities and a consultant at Charles River Associates. Alex earned a Master of Business Administration in corporate finance and investment banking from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Haverford College.
