Aaron Klein Bio

Aaron provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as public and private companies, with a focus on energy transition. With more than two decades of experience, Aaron collaborates with clients to optimally present them to potential partners by carefully preparing materials, articulating value propositions and guiding negotiations to a positive conclusion. Prior to joining Lincoln, Aaron was a Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems and finance from Ohio University.
