Aaron provides investment banking and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to food and beverage companies. He focuses on high growth, better-for-you brands that support a healthy lifestyle. Aaron has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and has completed transactions for leading private equity firms, public companies and privately held businesses. He has led transactions for many respected consumer sector clients and maintains active relationships with a wide network of food and beverage entrepreneurs, investors and large consumer packaged goods companies. During his career, Aaron has advised on a range of transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A, hostile defense engagements, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, and debt restructurings. Aaron is passionate about helping companies articulate their differentiated attributes and future growth potential to achieve exceptional transaction outcomes. Prior to joining Lincoln, Aaron was a Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he advised on M&A and capital-raising transactions representing in excess of $12 billion. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science (with high honors) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
