Louise Duchesne is a co-founder of Lightyear and has over 20 years of investment industry experience. Ms. Duchesne is responsible for the oversight of the firm. Prior to joining Lightyear , Ms. Duchesne was Chief Financial Officer & Director at Peters & Co. Limited and prior thereto, a manager in the Assurance (Audit) group with Ernst & Young. Ms. Duchesne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Chartered Accountant designation.
