Bio

Randall Carlson has over 20 years of merger and acquisitions experience. He interfaces with senior executives looking for transaction opportunities. Prior to joining Liger, Randall was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, focusing on telecommunications, networking and media companies. Previously, he was a Director at the Yankee Group and a senior Engineer with Nortel Networks. At Nortel, he resided in Europe and was responsible for customer care and engineering support. He holds a PhD from the Fletcher School and a MSE and BS in Engineering from Tufts University.
