Bio

Mr. Moran is an investment banking veteran with more than 35 years of transaction experience. He been the lead advisor in more than 85 successfully completed transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Moran has advised clients in numerous segments of the microelectronics, microwave, semiconductor, communications and lighting industries. Mr. Moran founded Liger Capital Advisors in 2005 to focus on clients in the electronics, defense and semiconductor industries. He has a bachelors’ degree in business administration and finance from Central Connecticut State University.
