After training and qualifying as an accountant at Grant Thornton, Simon spent several years at KPMG in the London M&A team focusing primarily on private equity deals working with both sponsors and management teams. Since co-founding Liberty in 2006 he has advised across a vast range of deal sizes and sectors working with businesses from around the globe. Simon is incredibly proud of the invaluable service Liberty provides and feels genuinely privileged to represent the business leaders and entrepreneurs who choose to work with Liberty.
