John Holland Bio

John has over 10 years' M&A transaction experience working on a wide range of financial sponsor backed transactions. He joined Liberty in 2014 and has advised management teams on their equity investments in sales processes, restructurings, public to private transactions and IPOs. Prior to joining Liberty, John was at EY where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has an MSc in International Banking and Finance and a BSc in Computer Science, both from the University of Strathclyde.
