Bio

Prior to joining Liberty Amo held previous M&A roles at KPMG, Moelis and Rothschild, were he worked in both the London and New York offices. During this time, he advised owners and management teams on a variety of acquisitions and disposals from mid-market to large cap deals. His most recent role was the UK Head of PE Deal Origination at EY. This role focused on development of deal opportunities for private equity funds and during this time Amo built strong relationships with private equity funds and associated M&A advisors. Amo holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London. Aside of the office and spending time with a his young family, Amo is a keen sports fan with his passions being football and boxing. Amo also has keen interest in mentoring and is actively involved in a number of initiatives focused on young people.
