Bio

Mr. Rotolo is based in New Orleans, Louisiana and is responsible for Lenox Hill Capital’s activities in the southern U.S. and the firm’s coverage of the engineering, construction, landscaping, facilities maintenance, oil & gas services, logistics and related sectors. He is an experienced CFO with 35 years of operating experience including bank financing, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition due diligence and integration, tax, start-up ventures and investment partnerships. He has been the Managing Partner of diverse companies and new ventures in landscaping and construction, environmental services, wireless production, oilfield services throughout the United States and a workforce housing development in North Dakota. Mr. Rotolo served on the board of directors of Signature Coast Holdings, LLC (Davis, CA) a private equity-owned landscaping services holding company. In his role as an advisor and director of Signature Coast Holdings, he focused on budgets, financials, high level strategy, business development and mergers & acquisitions. In his previous role as CFO of a family construction business Mr. Rotolo oversaw the expansion of the company as it grew from a $200,000 niche firm with 5 employees to a $30,000,000+ multi-state company with over 300 employees. As a principal, he has been involved in numerous transactions as both a buyer and seller. As an advisor and corporate board member, Mr. Rotolo has been instrumental in the successful transfer of ownership across multi-generational lines and understands the unique family dynamics of such transfers. Mr. Rotolo attended Rutgers University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Louisiana State University.
