Mark is involved in all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, industry research, deal execution, and other related deal activities. He assists with various transaction types including mergers and acquisitions of publicly-traded, privately-held, and family-owned companies. Prior to joining League Park Advisors, Mark was an associate with Clearstead Advisors, helping with private client planning needs. Before working with Clearstead Advisors, Mark was a senior member of the Finance and Accounting team at Ramco Specialties, a middle-market global manufacturer of fastener solutions. Previously, Mark held analytical and accounting positions with The Fedeli Group, an insurance brokerage located in Northeast Ohio. Mark received his B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University with a major in Finance and minors in Political Science and Legal Studies.
