Chris oversees the preparation of financial analyses, conducts due diligence, develops offering presentation materials, and participates in the structuring and execution of transactions. He acts as a primary day-to-day contact for execution support. Prior to joining League Park, Chris was a Business Plan Development Associate for Loantag, a Charlotte based fin-tech platform. In this role, Chris created investor presentation materials for the company’s Series A financing round. Before working with Loantag, Chris was a Summer Associate in the Industrial M&A group at Citizens Capital Markets Inc. (fka Western Reserve Partners) in Cleveland, OH. Previously, Chris held research positions analyzing water utility finance structures at the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions in Durham, NC. Chris is a graduate of Boston College. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MEM from the Duke Nicholas School of the Environment.
