Bio

Ben is involved in all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, industry research, deal execution, and other related deal activities. He assists on various transaction types including mergers and acquisitions of publicly-traded, privately-held, and family-owned companies. Prior to joining League Park, Ben worked as a Forensic Accountant at Meaden & Moore where he evaluated complex insurance issues including business interruption and economic damages claims. Ben received his B.S. with Honors and M.S. in Accountancy from The University of Akron. While there, he was the Head of Research for the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy. Ben is a licensed CPA.
