Mr. Espinosa is a Senior Director and is responsible for leading business development and capital raising efforts in the Americas. Victor comes to LCR Capital Partners with over a decade of experience working in Finance – from private firms to large, multinational institutions. He has extensive experience building and developing client relationships and implementing strategic financial plans. Most recently, he served as a Partner and Managing Director of National Sales for Cresset, a firm that offers ultra-high net worth individuals and families access to a suite of family office and wealth management services and direct access to real estate and direct private equity investments. Prior to joining Cresset, Victor served as the Senior Director of Global Business Development at Golden Gate Global where he focused on business development initiatives, Real Estate capital raising for the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program along with private client advisory in the United States, Asia and Latin America. Prior to that, he worked for Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company where he provided C-suite executives, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families comprehensive wealth management services and advisory. Victor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University. He is a mentor to students at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and is a mentor and a board member of the nonprofit organization Latinos in Finance in San Francisco, CA. He also has served on the membership committee for IIUSA – Invest in the USA, a trade organization for the EB-5 industry. Victor currently resides in San Francisco and has deep roots in Irvine, California, New England and Mexico City, Mexico.
