Steve Carmen joined LCG Advisors in October 2020 as a Director within LCG’s Investment Banking Group. Steve’s primary focus is on merger & acquisition, capital raising, corporate finance, and strategic consulting services to physician practices and healthcare outpatient facilities. Steve has 13 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and business development strategy. Prior to joining LCG, Steve launched an independent advisory firm where he provided merger & acquisition advisory and strategy consulting services to independent physician practices. Previously, Steve was a Vice President with PwC Corporate Finance, where he provided mergers & acquisitions advisory services to healthcare providers and healthcare services clients. Prior to PwC, Steve led the corporate development efforts for two privately-held middle market companies, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and business development strategy. Steve helped drive revenue growth and profit margin expansion, which ultimately led to successful liquidity events for both businesses. Prior to his corporate development experience, Steve worked in investment banking for six years, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private capital, and capital markets client coverage. Steve holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Business from Florida State University. Steve holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
