Paul Epstein is the Managing Partner and co-founder of LCG and is responsible for the day to day operations as well as sales and marketing. Mr. Epstein has been instrumental in leading LCG to double digit growth for several consecutive years while implementing strict quality control measures. Under his leadership, Mr. Epstein has expanded LCG’s presence from Tampa, Florida to over 15 cities nationwide, and diversified LCG’s product offering with the formation and growth of their M&A Transaction Advisory Group, the Healthcare Advisory Group, and the Financial Institutions Group. The Tampa Bay Business Journal has previously listed LCG in their “Fast 50” Growing Companies list, and LCG has been nominated for the E&Y Small Business Of The Year award on multiple occasions. Prior to LCG, Paul Epstein was the Executive Vice President of CitiFactors Financial Group, Inc. in Orlando, Florida where he was involved in developing CitiFactors into one of the leading niche commercial finance companies in the Southeast United States. In addition to operational responsibilities, Mr. Epstein played a major role in the design and implementation of a sales and marketing plan, while maintaining credit losses to negligible levels. In addition to his role at LCG, Paul Epstein serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Tampa’s Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at the John H. Sykes College of Business, and is involved with many charitable organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Epstein earned his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Tampa.
