MaryJane Prosser is engaged in all aspects of LCG’s investment banking practice, playing a key role in providing execution for mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and corporate finance efforts across a variety of industries. Prior to joining LCG in 2009, Ms. Prosser had just completed a Financial Advisor internship with Merrill Lynch. Prior to that Ms. Prosser worked with the Small Business Administration at a local Certified Development Company where she was responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing a portfolio of over 200 companies. Ms. Prosser holds a MS Finance and MBA degree from the University of Tampa and earned her BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.
