Christopher Nix is the Senior Managing Director of LCG’s Transaction Advisory Services Division where he is responsible for overseeing the execution of advisory engagements serving private equity firms, mezzanine lenders, and strategic acquirers. He has a wide range of experience in audit, compliance, and advisory services covering various industries including manufacturing, industrials, distribution, logistics, technology, entertainment, education, business services, insurance, and financial services. He has served both large SEC-registrants and small privately held companies with a focus on technical accounting issues and complex transactions. Mr. Nix previously was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and then a Transaction Advisory Services Manager with CBIZ and Mayer Hoffman McCann in Tampa, FL. Mr. Nix received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Christopher Nix is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also of member of the University of South Florida Accounting Circle Board and the Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
