Tyler Cowan Bio

Mr. Cowan is the Global Head of Restructuring & Liability Management. With more than 19 years of experience, Mr. Cowan has been involved in a variety of liability management, capital solutions, merger and acquisition, and corporate finance assignments for clients from a wide range of industries. Concurrent with his various capital solutions engagements, Mr. Cowan has raised a substantial amount of capital for his clients, including debtor-in-possession, exit and rescue financing, among other forms.
