Spencer Gyory is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory group in New York. Spencer has 10 years of investment banking experience. Spencer re-joined Lazard in 2023. Previously, Spencer was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs for two years. At Goldman Sachs, Spencer focused on advising financial sponsors on GP-led secondary transactions. Spencer began his career at Lazard in 2013. Spencer graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in History and Economics.
