Slava Brin Bio

Slava Brin is a Managing Director in Lazard's Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group. Slava joined Lazard in 2022 and works with companies providing communications and communications infrastructure services, including data center operators, managed services, enterprise and consumer broadband, wireless and wireless infrastructure and cloud-based communications. Prior to joining Lazard, Slava was a Managing Director and the Head of Communications and Internet Infrastructure M&A at Truist Securities, a practice that he developed and grew, advising on a number of notable M&A transactions and capital raises. Prior to this, Slava served as a Managing Director in the Communications and Internet Infrastructure practice at Evercore. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of M&A, restructuring and financing roles at American Capital, Rothschild and J.P. Morgan Securities. Slava holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanover College and a master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University.”
