Mike is a Managing Director in Lazard's Healthcare group. He provides a broad range of advisory services focused on the Life Sciences sector (including Pharma, Biotech and Spec Pharma) and has experience in cross-border buy-sides, sell-sides, asset sales, collaboration agreements, restructurings and special committee advisory. Prior to joining Lazard, Mike was a Consultant at Monitor Group/Deloitte. He advised Life Sciences companies on a range of strategic issues including product launch, growth strategy, acquisitions, innovation, and scenario planning. Previously, Mike had been a New York City public school special education teacher through Teach For America.
