Michael Kingston Bio

Michael Kingston is a Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Biopharma and Co-Head of North American Healthcare. Michael works on a broad range of financial advisory assignments for pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic, and life science tool companies. Michael's transaction experience covers a wide range of strategic assignments including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, alliances, joint ventures and take-private transactions. Michael has also been involved in capital raising, shareholder activism and financial restructuring. Prior to joining Lazard, Michael managed clinical trial programs on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Michael has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry (honors) from the University of Western Ontario.
