Matthew Danzig is a Managing Director in Lazard’s San Francisco office and focuses on M&A transactions for fintech and legal tech companies. Matt has more than 10 years of M&A experience, including more than seven years of Technology Investment Banking. Prior to Lazard, Matt worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and clerked for the Honorable Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Matt received a B.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
