Matthew Dalton is a Managing Director and member of the Industrials group at Lazard. He has advised a wide variety of companies on strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and equity and debt financings. He has significant merger and acquisition experience across a wide variety of sectors, with particular expertise in building products and materials, metals, and industrial products and services. Prior to joining Lazard, Matthew was an Associate in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Matthew received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Minnesota bar.
