Mario Skoff Bio

Mario Skoff is a Managing Director at Lazard with over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures and partnerships, restructurings, equity and debt financings, venture, strategic and leveraged investments, special committee, defense and strategic advisory assignments. He has worked for Lazard in New York, London and Frankfurt. Mr. Skoff has completed over $250 billion of transactions working with corporate clients and financial investors across a broad range of industries and spanning more than 20 jurisdictions globally. Mr. Skoff received a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
