Konstantine Bourlas Bio

Konstantine Bourlas is a Managing Director and member of the Technology group focusing on Education Technology & Services at Lazard. He has experience advising on various types of transactions including sell side, buy side, corporate divestiture, secondary/continuation fund and special committee advisory assignments involving public and private companies. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Bourlas worked at Graycor Inc. in corporate development in the industrial construction sector. Prior to that, he worked for The Timken Company in both engineering and sales roles. Mr. Bourlas earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
