Kevin Glodowski Bio

Kevin Glodowski is a Managing Director in the Restructuring & Liability Management Group. Kevin has experience and expertise across a broad range of advisory services, including in-court and out-of-court balance sheet restructurings, debt and equity capital raises, exchange offers, amendment processes, distressed M&A, strategic advice and expert testimony / litigation support. Prior to joining Lazard, Kevin was most recently a Managing Director in the Restructuring & Debt Advisory Group at Rothschild & Co, where he worked for the past 11 years. Prior to Rothschild & Co, Kevin worked in the restructuring groups of Jefferies & Co and CDG Group (now part of FTI Consulting). Kevin has a BA in Political Science from Emory University and holds series 24, 79 and 63 licenses.
