John Goldasich Bio

John Goldasich is a Managing Director and senior member of the Consumer and Retail group at Lazard. He brings more than 18 years of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience, serving clients across the franchising, restaurant, multi-unit and consumer services sector. Mr. Goldasich has worked with a wide range of closely held, founder-owned and sponsor-backed clients. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Goldasich was a partner and Managing Director at Arlington Capital Advisors where he focused on the restaurant, franchising, consumer services and beverage industries. He also previously served in the Capital Markets group at AmSouth Bank (now Regions Securities). He serves on the board of the Alabama Golf Association and Fenwick Brands. Mr. Goldasich graduated from Lipscomb University and received his master’s degree from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
