Jason Tavano Bio

Jason Tavano is a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Technology Banking at Lazard. Since joining Lazard in New York in 2000, Jason has worked across the Technology sector for many of Lazard’s industry-leading clients. His transaction experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, restructurings and financings. In recent years, Jason has also helped drive the expansion of Lazard’s sponsor sell-side business, working with a range of leading financial sponsors.
