Hara Amdemariam Bio

Hara Amdemariam is a Managing Director and co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard and has 23 years of experience advising financial services companies on M&A, capital, and shareholder matters. He has been with Lazard for 19 years and is based in New York. He joined Lazard in 2004 from Morgan Stanley. He began his career at J.P. Morgan & Co., which he had joined after graduating from Yale University.
