Conor Hartnett Bio

Conor Hartnett is a Managing Director in the Capital Solutions Group at Lazard. Conor joined Lazard in October of 2022 from J.P. Morgan, where he was a senior member of the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets group. Conor has worked in leveraged finance capital markets for 13 years, 10 years in New York in the US market and 3 years in London in the European market. In his previous role, Conor structured and syndicated debt for Corporate and Financial Sponsor-backed companies, primarily focused on high yield bonds and leveraged loans and has extensive experience in public and private capital markets. He received his BA in History from Middlebury College.
