Christian Tempke Bio

Mr. Tempke is a Managing Director in the Restructuring & Liability Management Group of Lazard and joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Tempke specializes in advising public and private companies and creditor groups in complex financial restructurings, distressed sale processes and in raising capital for troubled businesses. While at Lazard, Mr. Tempke has participated in a wide variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring, recapitalization, financing and sale transactions across a broad range of industries in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe and South America. Mr. Tempke advised companies and creditor groups on a number of publicly disclosed transactions. Mr. Tempke holds FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal and Series 79 Investment Banking Representative licenses.
