Bryce Dakin is a Managing Director in Lazard’s San Francisco office where he is a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Group. Mr. Dakin advises companies across across the technology landscape involving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business separations, sales, strategic investments, capital structure, capital raising and shareholder activism, among other topics. Within the technology industry he has specific expertise across the hardware value chain—including companies in the semiconductor device, semiconductor equipment, electronic materials, intellectual property, systems & storage, AI, deep tech and consumer electronics segments, providing a unique perspective on rapidly changing industry and competitive dynamics. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dakin has worked on over 100 transactions across the semiconductor and electronics ecosystems. Prior to joining Lazard in 2022, Mr. Dakin worked at Greenhill & Co. where he was head of technology corporate advisory. Previously, he was a Managing Director at GCA and a member of the Management Committee with a focus on advising companies in the semiconductor and electronics supply chain. Mr. Dakin started his investment banking career at Montgomery Securities in New York City and has an AB in economics from Princeton University. Outside of work, Mr. Dakin stays active hiking, skiing, golfing, playing in a band, and spending time with his three teenage children.
