Amy Cozamanis Bio

Amy Cozamanis joined Lazard in 2022 and co-leads our North American Venture and Growth Banking business, advising fast-growing private companies on their capital raisings. Prior to Lazard, Amy led the Technology Private Placements practice at Jefferies where she advised on a wide range of private capital transactions across technology and technology-enabled sectors. Prior to Jefferies, Amy spent more than 10 years in investment banking, with a focus on private placements at Morgan Keegan/Revolution Partners and Deutsche Bank in San Francisco and London. Amy graduated with honors from Villanova University. Amy is based in Los Angeles.
