Alexander Jones Bio

Alex Jones is a Managing Director in the M&A transaction structuring and tax advisory group at Lazard. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Jones was a tax attorney for ten years at large multinational law firms. Mr. Jones provided tax advice to major public corporations, private equity and hedge funds, and public and private partnerships.
