Dan Gajewski is a Director and member of the Financial Sponsors group at Lazard Middle Market. He has significant investment banking experience in M&A and capital markets transactions across a wide variety of sectors. Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Gajewski spent nearly a decade covering middle market hedge funds, family office and mutual fund asset managers in various geographic regions, most recently as a Vice President in the New York Institutional Equity Sales Group at Piper Jaffray. In his prior role, Mr. Gajewski managed over 75 institutional accounts and assisted Piper Jaffray Corporate Finance in placing equity securities in numerous public and private offerings. Mr. Gajewski received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College where he was also member of the men's varsity football team.
