Kavi has been an investment banker for 13 years and has closed over 50 M&A and capital raising transactions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $20 billion. Kavi focuses on the managed services, digital transformation and digital infrastructure sectors, and has transacted on behalf of private equities, public companies and founder-led businesses. Prior to co-founding Layer 7 alongside Steve Lee and Wayne Yang, Kavi was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Bank Street, where he covered companies in the same sectors he focuses on today. Kavi graduated from Stony Brook University.
