Bio

Scott is a telecommunications veteran with over 30 years of experience in key leadership roles. Scott currently serves as the Chairman of Ezee Fiber. Prior to joining Layer 7 Capital, Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of Ezee Fiber and a board member of DQE Communications. During his career, Scott has served as CEO of five telecommunications and digital infrastructure companies, including Broadwing, a NASDAQ listed company, where he successfully led the sale and integration to Level 3 for $1.8 billion. Scott was the founder and CEO of Capital Cable, which operated across the United States and Latin America. As CEO, Scott facilitated Capital Cable’s sale to Charter Communications. Scott earned his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
